- Order questions. For urgent assistance regarding changes in your order, shipping address verification, etc. please email us and we will get back to you shortly. Otherwise, call us at 941-575-6987 (Nursery and shipping Dept) Mon-Fri from 9 am to 4 pm Eastern Time. Remember that you can always check your order status 24/7 from Order Status Page.
- Claims: EMAIL ONLY! We accept all claims only in written form, and only within 3 days after order delivery. Email or fax, please.
- Phone messages. If you are calling us during our regular business hours and hear an outgoing message, this means we are either out on the field or helping other customers. In this case, we strongly suggest you to try your call later rather than leaving a message that can be buried within hundreds of others. Every call is important to us, however we can only do so much a day.
- Payments. We can accept payments on the phone, however, for faster processing and accurate spelling of your billing and shipping address, we recommend you to use our shopping cart with secure online payment.

- Timing. We are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders and questions. Please give us some time to respond (normally 1-2 days). All letters will be answered in order they were received. Thanks for your patience!
- Spam-blockers. Please note that if you use anti-spam programs and blockers, you need to varify/include our email addresses and into your "friends list", otherwise we can't guarantee a responce to your letter. Some of our emails to our customers return back because of spam-blockers.
- Plant ID. Due to high numbers of emails with picture attachments for plant ID cloggin our email server, we had to set up a large file filter. See more info how to send us a plant photo.
- Please do not e-mail us your credit card information! It's not safe.
- Email addresses: Only two email addresses are set to receive emails regarding our online store: and . Please use only these addresses to email us. We support required "web-administration" email addresses but please use them only if you email us regarding webserver administration issues.
