Responsibilities:

• maintenance of plant inventory
• supervising retail/wholesale sales and labor personnel
• computer, telephone and customer interaction
• supervising day to day operation

Skills and requirements:

• Absolutely a must - loving plants and willing to learn more about them
• Open mind, ability to work independently, self-motivation
• Responsible personality
• Basic computer skills; good abilities to read, write, type and answer emails
• Good people skills, supervisor experience is a plus
• Also a plus: experience in nursery business, horticulture or gardening
• We can train you about plants and business, but you must have an open mind and care for your work results!

3. General Maintenance Workers: currently positions filled, but soon may open more
- Will perform general maintenance duties for plant nursery.
- Plant maintainanace, planting, packing. Must like plants and being outdoors.
- A plus: Knowledge of basic tools and equipment; plumbing, electrical, building experience.
- Monday thru Friday, flexible hours. May work into full time position.
